yes of course der why not.! NIOS is a fully recognised and a famous board. It is directly handled by HRD, Ministry of India. But at present I dont think if there is polytechnic entrance had left, more or less every state and reputed institutes had conducted there entrance.
However, if your pecentage is good you can even find direct admission in private colleges, as more or less every institutes has at least 50% for Direct admission.

Hi Arun,
Frankly speaking all the distance learning programs are placed equally and they are for those working professionals who have good 6-8 years of work experience and just want a degree to get to the next level in their current organization. So, advisable is that you should do a regular full time program from a decent University which has good standing in the market, especially if you are looking for a career in European countries.

Hi Aman,
Well it depends on the board that you have written your exams through and the provisions available with the same. But then you can always write the Maths exam privately from the bodies like National Institute of Open Schooling.

Guide-Level 14

It has no scope if you are not a working professional
This is a distance learning course and doesn't provide any practical insight of management
Further, The exam system of SCDL, SMU, Welingkars are multiple choice which makes students further weak in gaining knowledge
in job market at entry level this has no value better you should opt MBA from NMIMS, Welingkar, FMS or IIFT
Although you will spend two whole year but after two years you will earn enough to repay the cost with bright career ahead
