If you mean full time MBA or PGDM program then please remember in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
So as per your profile I would suggest you to take CAT-2013 and various other management entrance tests and score well so that you may get admission in good B-school.

The other option for you would be to work for 2-3 years after completing your graduation and then opt for a full time MBA or PGDM program.

In order to pursue masters degree from universities abroad you need to:
First decide in which country you wish to study.
Once the country is decided then you need to shortlist the universities offering course of you interest.
Once the universities are shortlisted then you need to check the eligibility criteria for admission.
Finally of you meet the eligibility criteria then you may apply accordingly.
For your reference find below some of the finest study destination to pursue masters degree:

- Australia.
- Germany.
US is the best study destination to pursue masters degree but getting a US VISA is very difficult.
Getting a VISA for UK is not difficult, but the duration of masters degree in UK is one year only as compared to two year in US.
Australia has very good job prospects as compared to UK or US.
The cost of education in Germany is very less as compared to UK, US and Australia but getting admission in German universities is very competitive, you need to have very good academic record to get admission in German universities.
