Hi Dear,
As a university graduate you can,after completing your studies ,remain in the country for a further year to look for a job.A residence permit issued for the purpose of studying can,after a job has been found,be converted into a residence permit for taking up gainful employment.The residence permit which enables you to take up a job may be issued for up to 5 years. Arguably Germany is the only country in the World where completion of study programs is smoothly followed by paid internship in top Multinational companies, leading to full-time jobs eventually. German companies are interested in attracting well-trained graduates from abroad. And in many cases, these former students continue working for the company as a foreign spokesperson once they return home.

Hi, you have two options to decide. If you feel your present education is not upto mark and you need to improve your skills and knowledge, you should think for going abroad for study and than try to get job in same country. Second option, if you are not inclied for further study than you can opt for Immigration options to various countries like Canada, UK, Australia, etc. where on your present education and experience, you need to check your eligibility and once you qualify for same you can apply and explore new options and enhance your career.
