you have to go for executive MBA duration is one year okey it is better for you than regular MBA and it will help you in your grade

As mention by you that PGP is not recognized by UGC, I would like to say that if you are aiming for higher studies or govt. jobs on the basis of this PGP program, then it might not be possible as university recognized degrees are required. So I would advice you to go for a better option and look for degrees that are UGC or AICTE recognized.
