There is no such thing as TOEFL coaching(correspondence). You either have to prepare on your own or enroll with a test preparation agency. Classes are usually held on Saturdays and Sundays. For further details, please visit the test preparation section on this website.

GRE is not required for this program but is strongly recommended. You can have a look at the same by visiting the following link : http://www.cas.mcmaster.ca/cas/0template1.php?1002#GRE
The fees for the program is nowhere mentioned on the website. You would have to contact the university personally by email and inquire about the fees.
