Dear Rajeev,
UGC aka University Grants Commission is a body, which recognizes and regulates universities of India. These universities are in turn empowered to recognize and regulate colleges as per UGC guidelines. Institute of Banking and Finance being a college and not a university is recognized by Gulbarga University.

Hi,
In order to pursue Executive MBA program you need to have at least 3 years of work experience and a bachelor’s degree from recognized university.
There are some colleges that insist on aspiring students having a post graduate degree too as a criterion. Other than this, depending on the institute’s requirements, the aspiring students would have to clear the entrance exams, the group discussions and the personal interview rounds.
So as per your profile you are not eligible for admission in executive MBA program.
As per your profile pursuing diploma or certification program in management would be the best option for you.
