1. If you wish to be a teacher in school, then go for B.ED and crack Teacher Eligibility Test. Eligibility conditions are:
(a) Bachelor's Degree with 50% marks in aggregate in the 10+2+3 or 11+2+2 pattern, or with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate in the 10+2+2 or 11+3 pattern
(b) Having studied at least two subjects at the bachelor’s degree level, to be later taken as school teaching subjects
2. Else if you aim at being a lecturer, then I would advice you to go for a regular masters degree in a relevant discipline and clear U.G.C NET conducted mainly to recruit research assistants and professors in various streams of education.
Qualifying Examination:
The candidates those who have completed their post graduation in related subjects from any recognized university are eligible for applying UGC-NET exam. The candidate must have a minimum of 55%.
*In your case, I may suggest you to first complete your school education (class XI & XII) through NIOS (Open Schooling) followed by graduation in a relevant discipline and then go ahead with the above mentioned plan on becoming a teacher.

After completing Bachelor of Nursing course, one may find employment in :
- Hospitals, Nursing Homes , Multi-specialist Clinics
- Other work arrangements are as private duty nurses, as resident nurses for private patients, in nursing homes, extended health care facilities, daycare centres, public health agencies or in hospitals
- Specialist nurses work in hospitals which render specialist medical services
- Nursing aides/attendants work in hospitals, nursing homes and extended care facilities
- Work in emergency care

You have a good chance of getting admission in the above mentioned universities, for your reference find below the eligibility criteria to pursue masters degree from Nanyang Technological University and National university of Singapore.
Nanyang Technological University)
A Bachelor’s degree with honours of at least a Second Class Upper level or equivalent.
For international applicants whose mother tongue is not English, a good TOEFL score is required. Test dates must be within 2 years or less from the date of your application. IELTS can also be used in place of TOEFL.
International applicants are also required to have GRE score. Applicants from India may use the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering [GATE] score of at least 90% in place of GRE.
