I questioned myself if I wanted to work with money for the rest of my life (because that is what an MBA essentially does, independent of the market he or she is in) or not.
I decided to answer not and made my passion (computers and programming) into a profession. Along the way my MBA actually benefited me, being able to talk both languages (marketing and code).
Now if you ask I am young, and should I forfeit my college education on a hunch that I might like coding better - my answer would be no. If you ask Should I switch from Business and Economics to Computer Science my answer would be yes, if you like that better.
I didnt need to learn coding at my point in life where I switched from a promising fast-track management career to coding - I knew how to code and administrate unix servers and all that stuff at that point. And still, not having a degree in my chosen field of passion haunted my career for a long time. I always had to beauty up and sell my CV, constantly considering going back to school to get the papers. I managed to pull through, but as I said, I had a strong semi-professional background at that point already, and in retrospect it might have been easier (career wise) to go back to college for 4 years to get at least a Bachelor in computer science.

YES, ofcourse. It is my second year I am pursuing Ph.D. in Mathematics from LPU. To get admission in Ph.D. in LPU, you need to qualify an entrance test called LPU NEST at the first place. After qualifying LPU NEST you have to appear in an interview and qualify it too. Bu to be very honest, if you have studied Masters in detail, it is not difficult at all. The syllabus is always as per the syllabus of UGC NET but the level of question is a bit soft. Any average student can qualify it. The question paper consists of two parts, the first part about reasoning and the second part about the core subject. Then comes the interview part. Once you confidently appear in the interview and your soft-skills are good, you can easily qualify it. Here they check your oral knowledge about your field and the interest in research. On the basis of performance in LPU NEST one is you get the admission and second you can avail the scholarship too. I suggest you go for it, give it a try. All the best. Hope this helps. Thanks.
