To do Engineering, you should have passed 12th with PCM stream, then to qualify for good engineering colleges, you have to take JEE Mains and JEE advance.and for computer science you should have good score I.e80+ %.and Computers as optional in 11th and 12th.

Online is my choice. Because at any point of exam, you can change your answer option. In pen paper that is not possible.
But most of us used to for pen paper tests. Seeing a question through computer screen may have some psychological issues. So, both the options have plus and minus. You decide.
