If you can manage time, then surely you can go for it. The interior design course is a regular course that demands your classroom attention and practical touch. Though there are some institutes that offer the course online and through distance learning, but it will not be that effectively successful. I would suggest you to take interior design at your Masters level if you are seriously interested in the course.

No, that is not possible. You might get a seat but not in the top NITs or may be not in your desired course.
Even if you belong to SC category, it is necessary to score above 150 to get a seat at the top NITs.
