Hello Raghul M, Yes, it totally worth to pursue M.Tech after completing B.Tech as after Post Graduation courses like M.Tech the engineer is offered a good salary and a better chances of promotion rate. The duration of M.Tech is two years that includes four semesters.

Fee for MS in CSE in German Universities is very nominal. Living expenses of students varies between Euro 700 to 1000 per month depending on university location. Most of engineers are able to earn sufficient money for their living expenses by working 4 hours per day on student visa.

Yes, you can go for MBA in finance after B.Com. You will study the basics initially like Balance Sheet, Journal, Trial Balance, Accounting concepts which you are familiar with. Going forward, these concepts will only be used in other subjects. In MBA finance, you will deal with subjects like Cost Accounting, Corporate Finance, etc.

It is a bit difficult to get in with this score. I would suggest you to give CET also if you can score there. Also, for PGDM, admissions aren't only on your competitive exam scores, but your past academic record, PI and a test set by the college.
