Hi Pashupati, There are a few universities offering MBA to freshers in Australia. These are La Trobe, Griffith, Deakin, Charles Sturt. The course duration and fee varies from university to university. The shortest duration MBA you can do from LA trobe which is for 1.25 yrs and the total cost of the tuition fee is AUD 37,000 approx. In addition to this you will have to pay for living and accommodation expenses which is about 5.5 lacs per annum.

After doing AMC you can either pursue MD or apply for job in Australia. To go for MD, you need to prepare your documents and send your application to the University. The only issue is the courses are available through distance learning at UNSW and Unviersity of Queensland.

As you have a BBM degree best option for you would be to go for full time MBA from a decent University as this will not only help you in getting a good practical exposure but also give you better job opportunities.
However, if you want to start your career just after BBM you can go for some short term courses from Institutes like IIBF, IGNOU, NIBM, Aligarh Muslim University, Annamalai University, BIFM etc.
