you are on right track to become the best person for india. however, serving as an IPS officer is not simple. if you are talented, quick learner and clever person then you can cross the prilliam, main exam and interview in first attempt. however most of the times people try and try and try but sometimes they fail. coz it is the matter of passion and sustainable development. if you are doing graduation then it will take mini um one year after graduation. or if you have completed you graduation then it probably it will take 2 more years with constant study.
as far as fee is concerned , it is not too much. just chekc the website of the UPSC?MPSC or any state level Exam.
it is difficult to name any institute for the exam.
i would suggest that if you have passion then follow the instrttion given in the next comment

Although, both the Institute are decent but as both are the private training Institutes which don't come under any public rating it would be difficult to comment on the quality of these institutes.
However, few of the things which you should keep in mind while choosing an Institute are: The study material, number of classes, Facultys Education background, infrastructure, placements, last but not least Institutes reputation in the job market for which you should visit the institute and try and talk to the current batch students and get few of the alumnae contacts as well. This will give you a real picture about the institute.
