It will depend on the country you go to for studies and also on the University where you study.

All the Universities have careers and placement cells that help the students to prepare for the interview, prepare CV and intimate students about openings in companies. Students must themselves go for the interview and clear. There is no culture of companies coming to University campus and recruiting students.
I would recommend you to opt for one of the English speaking countries for higher studies like UK, USA, Aus, Nz, Singapore etc where you can get admission into reputed univ and the recognition of the University will put you in a strong position when looking for a job.
