University of Pennsylvania, Wharton, is the number 1 university in the world for commerce related programs. Infact, it has maintained its rank as number 1 for quite a few years now and is still steady. Admission in this university is not a piece of cake. You need extremely impressive credentials to get into this university. Atleast 85% and above is required in your UG followed by a strong SAT score above 2100 atleast. The higher you score, the better are your chances of admission. also, your individual marks in the subjects in class 12th would also matter alot. Try scoring 85+ in each and every subject to stay on a safe side.

As such it is a possible way to go about another course through distance mode from a different University. There are many other institutes that do offer the DCA courses and you can also consider those like DOEACC cousres.
