First of all I would request you to post the complete information about your education background and professional Experience if any, as this will help us in guiding you.
As far as IFBI is concerned it is a 5 year old organization started by NIIT in 2004 in association with ICICI. It is a decent Institute and course from this Institute can be a boost to your resume, provided your educational background complements this qualification.

There are two options you can go for:
1. Opt for engineering through lateral entry either in the colleges that take admission based on percentage or in colleges that accept LEET scores.
2. Go for a job, take practical experience and pursue B.Tech through distance or do some certification course according to your domain.
