Dear Friend, only BCA degree is not sufficient to get a job in a good MNC. your educational gap factor will not so much affect on your job but only graduation is not sufficient, at least go with some professional specialised courses like Core & Adcvance jawa, .net or other courses regarding software or networking. There are many multinational institutes are providing these kind of courses and providing job opportunities to the candidates, I suggest you to go through these kind of course according to your interest to learn updated technology, and secure a good job. But if you want to ahead in your job then absolutely additional qualification is necessary, hence you can further go for the MBA or MCA course in Distance education so that you can earn while you learn, I appreciate you decision to go through the MBA program after completion of BCA. Although, both the programmes have a good market value but it would largely depend on your own interests and career aspirations that which course you choose. The work of CWA would involve costing part of financial transactions whereas CFA takes care of investing funds in the right area to gain maximum profit.
Cost Accountants assess the feasibility of projects vis--vis available funds design cost control and management system & suggest effective cost cutting measures, whereas Financial analyst, analyze financial data from varied sources, generating and comparing financial reports and data within the company and competitor companies, & exploring and recommending new investment opportunities.

for fellowship in canada you need to have atleast 4-5 yrs of work experince .also the seasts are very limited for such type of programs.say about 4-5 seasts are available for the international students.also you will be required to have a fellowship co-ordinator.apart from this on the academic front first you will be required to send in the application along with your CV and other academic documents.and then there will be an Interview which will be conducted at the University in canada.It is a long and lengthy process, wherein the possibility of getting admission is not strong.what you can do is first finish up your MD and then go in for job as doctors are highly in demand in Canada and Denmark
