Although, you have not mentioned the location in which you are looking for an institute, majorly the state level Institute will give admissions to the non GATE students and these state Universities will have their State specific Entrance Examinations.

HI Tathagata, this work experience will not be counted as to apply for MBA,Universities in Nz require supervisory or a managerial experience of at least 3 yrs. what you can do is apply for Ms in Management or International Business if this interests you.
