CCNA is the starting step towards Networking line for more enhancement u must have to some more Certifications. both the colleges have good placement.CSE has better course content compared to IT.Some core subjects like compiler design, DAA etc are not covered in IT but they are a core subject while looking for good job opportunities.So make sure you look at all posibilities.
