Dear Suvendu, such narrow differentiation in specialization of M.Sc. has no relevance as far as career is concerned because M.Sc. does not offer any great career in any case. Mostly, you will be offered jobs of lectureship in school/college or in pharmaceutics/pathology/ biotechnology organizations. Secondly, nano science in India has not gone beyond some research institutes and universities. Even there, Ph.D. is commonly saught. As a post graduate, you will be offered posts of research assistants only.

As per your academic and professional profile pursuing MBA would be the best option for you as it will further enhance your career prospects.
However, please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities in Canada, you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have very good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned test:

if u r presently employed then no need to worry, you can say cudnt find a job at the time u did your graduation thats why started teaching.but if ur still unemployed then it can have negative impact in the interview process.Though u can always say that u were really serious about upsc dats why didnt go for a job.
