To get into IIT B, you have to clear two exams. Firstly JEE Mains and then JEE Advanced. Of course, you have to score above 75% in your 12th also. Then, for specific course in a specific IIT, you need to be in a relatively higher percentile bracket.

If you mean qualifying marks of the eligibility to appear for JEE Mains, it's 75% if you are aiming for IIT's. However, for those states who have chosen ranking in this exam for admission to colleges, qualifying percentage differs from state to state. However, if you mean qualifying JEE Mains to appear for JEE Advanced then terminology used is cutoffs. But, cutoffs are dynamic and are decided and announced every year. Do not worry about this. Just think of how to you can score maximum.

To get a perfect score, you need to understand the exam. So, if you have yet not taken coaching, do that as the sessions will train you to manage speed and time both. Once you are thorough with the training, taking lot of mock tests will train your brain well and confidence will be high.
