HRM from IBS Gurgaon isn't that good. Major companies do visit our campus but if we compare it with other streams like marketing & finance, HR is on the lower side (lower side means less companies visit the campus, whereas the students pursuing PGPM in HR are also less).
Average package revolves around Rs 6-6.5 lakhs per annum in all the streams.

Direct admission through management quota may possible in some MBA colleges. However, it's important to note that the availability of management quota seats and the specific admission criteria can vary from college to college. 

As per my knowledge LPU does not offer admission on basis of Management quota. The admissions are taken on basis of merit and personal interviews.
