In railway, there is also some opportunity for CSE students but vacancies are limited and competition is tough.
Doing Diploma or degree either in mechanical or electrical engineering is a good option because you will get lots of job opportunities.

No, there is no need to submit or requirement of domicile in taking admission in any of the IITs and NITs. You can take admission anywhere in India.

The salary package depends on which company is visiting for the recruitment. Every year it changes. If Infosys came then it has its own package and some other company will have a different package. So it cannot be confirmed but the average package will be between 4-7 LPA.

You can take AIEEE for engineering but through the same, you can get admission in some private or government colleges, not in IITs or NITs.There are many deemed universities which conduct their own entrance exam like Gurukul University, IP University, etc.

For becoming a businesswoman, you don't need to become an engineer. Best way is to hone your abilities of entrepreneurship by studying business administration. You need sound footing in finance & commerce. MBA from very good institutes like IIM's should be your goal. India indeed needs many people like you who want to become entrepreneurs.
