Hi,
Percentage in 12th never guarantees that you can crack any entrance or not. It's important to have certain scores to be eligible for MBBS. So, you have 100% chances provided you strategise and work diligently towards your goal. If you are not taking any coaching for medical, you can concentrate on 12th and take a gap year to prepare for medical.

Hi,
5 years is a very long gap so you must have genuine reason to justify it. While most of the universities have options of life long learning, you need to write to the universities to know if you are eligible or not for the course you desire to pursue.

Hi Pradip,
Yes, chances are there. You need to get in touch with the universities and professors having similar research interests. Look for a post-doctorate, you have to proactively search on the university websites and communicate with them, share your topics, publications, etc. It is a time-consuming affair but you have to be patient.
