Foreign language knowledge is a value addition. 1. KCET is conducted by the Karnataka Government and the CET fees for colleges is around Rs.36,000.
2. COMEDK is conducted by private college associations and can grant admission to only private colleges in the COMEDK list. Other state students can get better access to private colleges through COMEDK. There are better opportunities for other state students and the rules are less stringent than KCET.

Basically, universities in US requires four years undergraduate degree, if you have a three year degree you must get in touch with the universities. You must also take your GRE for MS in US. For language requirements, you must take TOEFL.
