If you don't have work experience you should opt for a MS Management program. France, Netherlands, Spain and UK have some of the best schools for MS Management. Don't worry about your grades, apply with a very good SOP and get your teachers to write impressive Recommendation letters, you may be required to take the GRE. HEC Paris, IE Business School, IESE, INSEAD and London Business School are some schools worth applying to. You can work part time, all international students can. For details you need to check with the universities.

Begin by making a calendar and timetable for studies and mock tests. You must study every subject every day and take the mock test every week. Join a coaching institute near your home for a crash course.
Best wishes.
