When it comes to Australia, mainly two universities are preferred by students: University of Wollongong and Victoria University. These are most commonly preferred by Indian students. Both of them offer Master of Mechanical Engineering courses. The difference is you can get easily into Wollongong while Victoria you need to have excellent academic results. About career growth, they offer 2 year stay back in Australia. So, you have an option of searching for a job there itself or you can move to another country. My friend who studied at Wollongong is now working in Germany.

With 32 backlogs, admissions are next to impossible in these countries. Also your CGPA is not too good or competitive. Please consider other countries. UK colleges could be an option, you can also check institutes in Ireland, Poland, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Italy etc.
