Hello, I've just appeared for the SIAC CET 2011 and cleared it. I have blogged about the exam including questions asked, at prepupsc.blogspot.com
They conduct a CET along the UPSC prelim lines. Within two weeks they post the results. The CET is for 2 hours, 200 marks. conducted on a sunday, typically in october. the training program itself is for 11 months

If you want to abroad for higher studies, first thing you need to keep in mind is that your graduate degree should be from a UGC or AICTE recognized University & IIPM doesn't have the recognition of any of these Education Council so, I would suggest you to do your BBA from Colleges like IP University, Delhi University etc. For more information on BBA colleges please check the link below:

To pursue LLB degree, the minimum eligibility is either a graduate degree or you may pursue a BA LLB which is an integrated course of 5years duration.
There are entrances conducted for the same like CLAT, Common Entrances pertaining to the institutes/ states individually etc.
