Yes you can pursue a distance course or can take direct admission, but fashion designing and pharmacy both are difficult to do parallely. Only go for both at a time when you will be confident enough to handle the pressure of them. All the best

Mechatronics is best at either Germany or USA. For germany you require 80% above and in USA you require SAT at undergrad level and GRE at master's level. Both the countries will also require TOEFL/ IELTS. In Germany the education is almost free wheras in USA you will require 30-40k $ per year depending on which university you get.

According to best of my knowledge, I would like to suggest you that Both BBA and B.Com have their own merits. It depends entirely on your interest before choosing either of the courses. The candidates will compete for 2000 seats in degree courses offered by Birla Institute of Technology and Science at Pilani, Hyderabad and Goa.
