I hope you have visited www.icat.ac.in which contains the detailed three year program content of B.A. (Hons) Fashion Design. Suppose, you have not visited, then please visit http://www.icat.ac.in/ug-fashion-design-degree-course.asp. Almost every important information is available here. Even if I try to write some information here, it would be a copy and paste from the detailed info available in the website. But as of now, the seat availability is very low at the college. You can apply for education loan mainly for 2 conditions:
1. The institute or university where you want to apply for particular course should be recognized and under UGC guidelines
2. You need to complete the paper work like Address proof , income proof of your parents and fulfill all the criteria prescribed by bank for the Education loan.

To make a career in Journalism field, first you need to identify in which field you have interest. Like Entertainment, Crime, Politics, Sports, Food, Travel etc., it is known as beats in Journalism. Then, take admission in BJMC or BAJMC at reputed colleges like NIMCJ, MICA, Amity, Seamedu etc.
After graduation, join any media house for internship at your choosen field of interest.

There are plenty of professional courses available for commerce graduates to choose from.
For commerce students, one of the easiest things to do is go for B.Com then M.Com and then maybe PhD or professor.
There's also an option to go for CA, CS, CMA and at times LLB . The mainstay of commerce students for years now. All of those require less or no mathematics.
One also has the option of lesser known courses like FRM, CFA, CPA, actuary among others. Some of them require mathematics.
Various certification courses conducted by many institution across the country like certified risk manager, courses on stock market by nse/bse etc.
