Although, Nanotechnology has a huge scope both in India and abroad as Nanotechnology covers several areas such as combination of Bio- technology, Chemistry, Physics and Bio-informatics, etc. but in India as it is in its early development phase and therefore you may not find great number of Instiutes offering this degree. As far as the opportunities are concerned you would find them in the areas like: Food and Beverage, Bio- Technology, Forensic Sciences, Genetics, Space Research, Environment industry, Medicine, Agriculture and Teaching. Few of the Institutes which you may consider for Nontechnology courses are:

Hi Sutarf,
You would not find any institutes providing Biopharmacy in India. As far as Pharmacy or Bio informatics is concerned, you need to have a science background with Bio as one of the subjects need to have 60% and above percentage and mostly for Pharmacy as well as for Bioinformatics you need to appear for an entrance test.

If you typically talk about Biopharmacy in Indian Scenario you would not find much options, but yes, if you are looking at pharmacy as a career option it definitely have a better future than Bio informatics, as it will be limited to backend profile and involve more of a documentation work or work which is related to analyzing the products and various drugs, whereas, pharmacy graduate has a huge market open to them, be it manufacturing, be it catering to direct customers, be it hospitals etc. another thing which I would like to add is that it is easier to get in bioinformatics after having a degree in Pharma.
