Hi Dhawal, to pursue MBA in UK work experience is not mandatory. There are some Universities like Aberdeen, Cardiff, LJMU, Coventry that do not require work experience for their MBA. In addition to these there are some colleges also that provide fresher MBA like London school of Commerce, London School of Business and Finance, BPP University College.
Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certificate, sem wise or year wise marksheets, degree certificate or provsional certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation(2), Work experience letters from all employers (if any), CV, A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS (6.5 min for PG courses). IELTS can be submitted later on if not already written.

However, I would like to add here that rather than only looking for streams which can fetch you good salary package you should look for a stream which is of your interests, the reason being that a particular stream may have great value in the job market but is not of your interests or you don't have a great hold on that particular subject then getting into that stream would worth less for you as you would not be able to make a bright future on the basis of a degree which is not of your interest. So advisable would be to choose a degree keeping in mind your own career interest.

Yes, you need to appear for entrance test i.e. AIEEE to get into any Engineering branch. If you are planning to get into IITs then you need to appear for IITJEE. To sit for these Entrance the person needs to have 60% and above in his 10+2. The colleges providing Aeronautical Engineering:
