Hi Mukesh,
As there is huge gap after your 12th it would be difficult to get into any regular programme related to petrochemicals and there are hardly any Institute which will give you and engineering degree through correspondence. So you either plan to do graduation in some other field as in B.Sc in chemistry or chemical sciences if you are able to find correspondence programme in these or a regular University which may take you as a students after almost 8 years of gap. Another option could be do BBA through correspondence from a recognized university & once you are through go for an MBA through full time University.
Hope this resolves

Hi Shehbaaz,
As rightly put by Shreekanth, the salary structure would largely depend on your own capabilities, your performance on the programme and how you use the knowledge earned at the time of job placements. However, an Engineering graduate would definitely be able to get a better salary package than a regular graduate; approx may be around 20k.
Hope this resolves your query. Feel free to put up more queries In case your query is resolved please close this question by choosing it as a best answer or pressing the thumbs up icon.

Pooja
