You are qualified Teacher for School Education with MA (Eng) & M.Ed. But unfortunately your score in PG is not suffice to pursue your Ph.D.
Choose which is passionate to you. School has its own charm and pay is also equally good in many schools of metros.
Collegiate Education/ Teaching also doesn't require a Ph.D., but State Level Eligibility Test/ National Eligibility Test (NET) so, write it and get qualified for that.
so both the doors are still open and realise the and explore your career and make life wonderful for yourself and for the students community.
