Yes, you can definitely pursue BCA from Lovely Professional University with your profile.
For BCA, Maths is not compulsory, and students from Arts background with Computer knowledge are eligible as long as they have English in 12th and around 50–60% marks. Since you have 60%, you meet the criteria. Your strength in computers will actually help you more in this course.
From a student point of view, BCA focuses on programming, software, and IT basics, so if you're interested in coding and technology, you can do well even without strong maths. Just stay consistent with practical skills, and you'll be able to manage the course comfortably.

This is actually a question of confidence and hard work .you can crack them in a single attempt but if you are doing self-study, then you need to study one year after your board exam. Only then you can crack in a year in single attempt.
You must be thorough with all the concepts in PCMB and also you need have atleast 90% of formulae in your fingertips. Then, you must practice a lot in solving problems with speed and accuracy.
For NEET, you need to know more concepts of biology and it is enough that you should know the formulae as the question from physics and chemistry will be easy only.

When the first cutoff is out, you can choose the college of your preference and take admission in that college.
However, you CANNOT get admission in more than 1 college at the same time, because you will have to submit your original documents (10th and 12th marksheets,migration certificate etc.) in the college you get admission in.
