It is difficult to say on the basis of your JEE Mains score but still try for institutions in both Punjab or Haryana like Chandigarh University, etc. As a whole, I would say that work hard & score better next year in JEE Mains.

Unless a college is very poor in terms of student's enrollment, no option to enroll for a full time college for doing the job. Reason is, in any well reputed colleges across India, a full-time program starts as early as 10 am and ends by 5 pm and it involves lot of activities. There are few colleges in Mumbai, Pune, Karnataka, Chatisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, etc. who do not have enough student to fill. The seats who allow you to appear for exam and other formalities without attending class but such MBA does not add any value neither they strengthen your learning nor they will be able to attract any corporate to the campus. It depends on the results of JEE Advanced. In order to get admission in IISC, you must score AIR rank under 50 and in IITs. It must be under 5000.

Hello Tanish,
If you want to go through B.Tech and M.Tech both that's good as you are saving one year but you have to keep all the subject basis in mind to get through M.Tech easily. You have to find a college which offers two courses simultaneously.

It depends now on your biology degree which you hold. If you want to go by trend, I suggest that you should proceed with nutritional sciences for clinical aspect or microbiology or biochemistry for non-clinical aspect and it shall suffice your desire, but it all depends on your present qualification status.
