Bar Council of India does not recognise any distance learning degree and in fact there was long tussle between students and UGC in one side and bar council other side. Bar council has clearly mentioned and specified LLM through distance learning is not eligible for reaching position in bar council approved colleges.
Madurai Kamraj, Pune University and Annamalai offers LLM in distance mode.

Subham, top government colleges for CSE or any B.Tech are IITs, IIITs, NITs, IITTs, etc. Followed by these are engineering departments of various govt. universities like PEC, etc. All these are the institutions that offer admissions through JEE. The eligibility criteria for doing B.Sc in nursing is 10+2, A Level, IB, American 12th grade or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English and a minimum of 45% taken together in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English. You are not eligible for B.Sc in nursing based on PCM.
Some private nursing colleges allow PCM students to seek admission in B.Sc in nursing.

If you have managed to take up the entrance exam already for engineering or medical then the path further is clear. If not, you could consider B.Sc or BA and B.Sc in various streams. For example, IT, PCM, computer science, nursing, physiotherapy, food technology and nutrition, etc. If you are from arts background then you could take up BA in journalism or languages, economics, political science, history, etc. If you are from the commerce area, then B.Com is a good start. Entry requirements vary with college to college and level of programme. There could be several levels of Diplomas, UG or PG etc. As an international student take your IELTS or TOEFL. For academic score requirement, etc. you have to check the college website.
