Hello Karthik, Its nice to see your query. Many students are getting confused. Shakespeare had famously said "What's in a name. A rose is a rose ". But in India institutes try to mislead by giving fancy sounding names to courses. Any engineering course needs to be approved by AICTE & is of four years duration. Degree of B.Tech or BE is awarded after successful completion. On the other hand aircraft main courses are approved by DGCA and are of three years duration. Degree of B.Sc. Is normally awarded. Generally, admission to an MBA program is through any one of the nationally conducted entrance exams like CAT, MAT etc.
