Yes, it is possible to Change college after First year in Calcutta university but it is very tough. You have to give college your reason to change your college and if the college approve then only you can change it . And also you have to score more than 60 percentage to go to better college.

Eligibility criteria for aerospace engineering after class 12 is mentioned below:
The candidate should have passed 10+2 examination from CBSE or any other equivalent examination board with physics, chemistry and mathematics as core subjects. The candidates should also fulfill minimum qualifying marks in aggregate of the subjects.

Well, it's very difficult. Almost every college give admission on the basis of entrance test. Try for next year along with entrance with a good score for top colleges rather than doing MBA in an average college.

Yes, you can pursue B.Com. For B.Com Honors, you need maths as a mandatory subject, but not for B.Com General. So you can definitely pursue B.Com.
