Hello Abhishek, Normally for doing PG in any branch one needs grounding in basics of that branch. Hence the answer would be no under normal circumstance. However to give students free hand entrance exam called GATE has been introduced. Here any graduate engineer can appear for any subject. Hence if you pass paper of aeronautical engineering in GATE you can seek admission for this branch in PG.

Yes, infact FDDI is a good college. They have a huge campus and great teaching faculty. They also offer good placements. The average package offered is 6 LPA and highest has been 16 LPA
