The basic eligibility criterion for pursuing M.A Psychology is having a graduation degree in any stream.
However, many of the reputed universities demand graduation degree with Honors in Psychology or Psychology as one of the subjects studied in graduation from any of the recognized college/university.
So plan accordingly. As for Civil Services, you can go ahead as you are eligible . You can select the optional subjects as per your interest.
