In order to become a programmer, you must pursue B.Tech in CSE as you can see most of UG engineering students make their own website. If you are planning to become a programmer, B.Tech is the best option. B.Sc (Hons) in CS will only fetch teaching and government jobs in India and BCA is good for placement if you are interested in working in a company. You can do M.Tech with introductory scale degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical. Still grounded on experience. Better you opt for mechanical engineering at the undergraduation stage to have better understanding of subjects.
