Please share which type of vocational course in MLT you have done. Check out the eligibility criteria for LPU for B.Sc. In MLT:-
Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English, Chemistry and Maths or Biology or Biotechnology) or 2 years. MLT Diploma after 10th or equivalent, subject to valid score in LPU-NEST.
