B.Sc maths hons is a Bachelor's degree so it does give you better understanding than B.Sc general course but is not equivalent to M.Sc so if u plan to make a career in mathematics, go for Masters after B.Sc hons.

Hi,
One of the best colleges in India you can get into for hotel management are the IHMs, which are under the Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India. There are private colleges too, but in terms of placement and brand name, obviously the government colleges are better. In order, there's IHM New Delhi, IHM Mumbai, IHM Kolkata, IHM Bangalore, IHM Chennai, DIHM, etc.
Amity is a good choice in case you opt for private universities, however as mentioned below it is truly quite expensive.

Dear Simran, to join and build a career in animation and VFX , you can continue in any of the stream , no issues. Once you are done with your +2 , either you can join a VFX and compositing course or as a better option you can join 3DAnimation and VFX course .
Even after 10th you can join the same courses , but definitely I will advise you to complete your +2 & a graduation ( May be a regular one or on distance ) even parallely you can continue both .
