Yes, any management program and institute has to be approved by AICTE and if your MBA does not have AICTE problem.you may not be eligible for a government job and higher studies. However, AICTE approval alone is not the sole determinant factor you also need to check quality and reputation of the institute.

CA is an Indian concept. Australia and Canada does not have CA. It is either CPA or CFA for which you usually need an Indian post graduate and some work experience in the known organization.

I'm currently studying at Doon Defence Dreamers, and from my own experience I'd honestly put it at the top. The classroom teaching is strong, with regular evaluations and personalised doubt-clearing. The hostel facilities are disciplined and well-maintained, with clean rooms, routine study hours, and good supervision. The mess food is balanced and nutritious, designed to support long study hours and physical training. We also have proper physical training grounds and structured PT sessions, which I've found really helpful for overall NDA preparation.

Your B.Tech might prove as a downer for IIM A/B. I would suggest you to try upwards of 99.7% marks for calls from top B-schools in India.
