Almost all state governments offer scholarships to deserving students. But you get this only after admission is taken for a particular course. I am sure Individual colleges will have all required information. Please ask prospective college about this.

B.Tech Computer Science and Mechanical Engineering are the top preferred branches in engineering. Both of these options are dynamic with good career prospects, all that matters is how well do you perform in the academics and how well do you maintain your CV.
If arts subjects are fine for you, and if you wanna take the judicial or civil exams, then BA is preferable. And in case maths, accounts and finance and management is your cup of tea, BBA. is fine.
