I don't think you will get admission in SPA, Delhi. As other aspirants whose marks are above 150 are also applying for SPA. The competition is huge. SPA closes its admissions when the seats get full.

For entrance exams, you will have to tell us about the course you wish to get into. As there are only a few courses for which DU conducts entrance exams, for rest of the courses the admissions are takes as per the merit.

It doesn't matter what is your background but you need to meet the minimum criteria. For example, you need to be any graduate with a minimum set percentage if you wish to apply for bank probationer officer exam you need to clear written exam and interview and make the final list. It doesn't matter what is your graduation stream. Alternate options are doing MBA finance or marketing or banking or HR for the respective role in banking sector.
