See, the universities which are done good or medium at their main campus, just open new campuses. Amity did not bother to even maintain academic integrity at main Noida campus, opened many other campuses. See even VIT could not maintain, it opens it's Chennai campus 6 years ago but could not make it at par if Vellore campus. Amity opened many many campuses without bothering about quality, so please don't opt for its any campus except Noida.

You secured good marks in class 12th, but with such low marks in JEE Mains, you can't get NIT.
So, apply for UPES, or if you have given COMEDK, then through management quota apply for Bangalore colleges or else apply for Amity University, Noida.

110 seats are there. Your chances are quite low. But I will advise you to try and stick around. Transfers from other departments after admission are common. So, if you have applied in any other steam and is named among first 400, try to get the admission done. Change your subject after admission.

IIMs do offer scholarship and fee waiver for deserving students whose parental income is low. The rationale behind high fees by IIMs is that after you graduate you will have very high income and you will be able to repay the study loan in a matter of 3-4 years. In case you are worried about how will you arrange such a large sum initially, all banks in India offer study loans without any collateral to IIM students as such loans are almost risk free for them.
