I cannot really answer this question.
Approximately 250 marks.
In 2016, there was 6040 criterion (60% from Mains and 40% from board). But in 2017, they will consider JEE Mains marks only. So it is difficult to guess.

Mechanical engineering from IIT-Delhi is a dream of many JEE aspirants.
For the same, you need to get a rank under top 500 if you are a general category student.

You got a good rank. I am a bit sure that at this rank, you will get admission in IIT-Delhi. But can't predict which branch you will get. You can use Shiksha JEE Advanced predictor tool to know the branches available.

Cengage Publication's books on JEE Advance are the best for preparing for JEE Advanced mathematics as they provide enormous varieties of questions and quality ones including the past JEE questions with solutions. You can also look for top coachings like Allen, FIITJEE study material which is easily available in the market for questions and theory.

To get 250+ score, follow the instructions.
Focus more on the NCERT. I would like to say that give extra focus on the chemistry part as the questions are direct and it will just be a reading and tick game.
For physics, focus on solving the HCV as it will clear all the concepts. But make sure you do full justice to it.
For mathematics, I believe practice is the key.

Let me tell you about 2017 ECE batch:
The packages offered to 2017 batch was good.
The avg. package was around 6 LPA.
In all core electronic companies, only ECE people got placed. More than 90% batch got placed out of those who wanted placement.
