Muslim is not your cast, rather religion. Please be clear. apply through DTE you may apply to Muslim minority institute where 50% seats are reserved for Muslim community and will make it easier for you to get admission. You should give preference to reputation of institute also.

As per the provisions made by AICTE and NCVT, you can try for CET, PMT and AIEEE. If you qualify, you'll be given provisional admission by any institute in India after an undertaking that you'll qualify the next compartmental or supplementary exam held thereto. Kindly name the college of which you want to take admission or want to know the cutoff. Because cutoff score varies widely college to college. For government colleges its around 450 whereas for private its around 350.
